The March 2026 Physicians Licensure Examination produced 1,954 newly licensed doctors, the Professional Regulation Commission announced days after the exam concluded.
Out of 2,781 hopefuls who took the examination in testing centers nationwide, nearly 70 percent successfully met the rigorous standards set by the Board of Medicine.

The institutional performance results for the March 2026 Physicians Licensure Examination are presented in alphabetical order, in compliance with Republic Act No. 8981, also known as the PRC Modernization Act of 2000. Specifically, Section 7(m) of the law mandates the Commission to monitor the performance of educational institutions in licensure examinations and to publish these results in a newspaper of national circulation.
