Prayer of Worship and Thanksgiving  | August 2

In the name of God Almighty, the Lord Jesus Christ, and the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, God Almighty, thank You for everything. Thank You for the gift of life, for Your countless blessings, for Your protection, for Your unfailing love, and for Your everlasting mercy and grace.

Today is a precious day to worship You, O God Almighty. We come before You with humble hearts to honor Your most holy name. We worship You because You alone are God over all creation. You are the Beginning and the End, the Alpha and the Omega, eternal and without end.

All the saints in heaven and Your holy angels worship and praise You continually. Together with them, we also come before You in prayer. We lift our hearts, our voices, and our lives to You in adoration, thanksgiving, and praise.

May our worship be pleasing in Your sight. Strengthen our faith, guide us in Your truth, and help us to walk according to Your holy will every day. May Your love, peace, and presence remain with us always.

To You alone belong all glory, honor, praise, and thanksgiving, now and forever.
