Registration Guidelines for September 2026 SWLE Passers
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has outlined the registration process for successful examinees of the September 2026 Social Workers Licensure Examination (SWLE). Passers seeking their Professional Identification Card (PIC) and Certificate of Registration must complete the initial registration online through the PRC’s official website.
Applicants may visit https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal to begin their registration.
Requirements for Initial Registration
Successful examinees are required to prepare the following documents:
- A screenshot of the system-generated Registration Form.
- A valid government-issued identification card.
After completing the online registration process, passers must personally appear at the designated PRC office to finalize their registration and affix their signatures to the official Roster of Registered Professionals.
The PRC will announce the schedule and venue of the mass oathtaking ceremony for newly registered social workers at a later date.
Verification of Ratings
All examinees who took the September 2026 Social Workers Licensure Examination, whether successful or unsuccessful, may check their individual ratings online once the results have been posted and the verification service becomes available.
To verify their examination ratings or scores, examinees may visit the PRC Online Services portal and enter the required information:

In the September 2025 Social Workers Licensure Examination, 7,334 out of 9,647 examinees successfully passed. The PRC released the results three working days after the final day of the examination.
The September 2024 examination recorded 4,587 passers out of 7,113 examinees, with the results also announced within three working days after the examination.
In September 2023, the PRC reported 3,878 successful examinees out of 6,833 candidates. The results were released within the same three-working-day period.
