Thousands of aspiring professional teachers who took the September 20, 2026 Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LET) are expected to receive their official results around November 27, 2026, as the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) completes the evaluation of examination papers for both the Elementary and Secondary levels.

The responsibility for preparing, administering, evaluating, and approving the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers rests with the PRC Board for Professional Teachers, composed of distinguished education professionals entrusted with maintaining the integrity and quality of the teaching profession in the Philippines.

The current Board is headed by Chairman Dr. Rosita L. Navarro, together with Vice Chairman Dr. Paz I. Lucido, and Board Members Dr. Paraluman R. Giron and Dr. Nora M. Uy. These officials oversee every stage of the examination process, from preparing examination questions and supervising test administration to validating examination results before recommending their official release through the Professional Regulation Commission.

In Luzon, official testing centers include Metro Manila, Baguio, Batanes, Bayambang in Pangasinan, Calapan in Oriental Mindoro, Cauayan in Isabela, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Laguna, Legazpi, Lucena, Marinduque, Masbate, Sablayan in Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Pampanga, Romblon, Rosales in Pangasinan, Tuguegarao, and Virac in Catanduanes.

Across the Visayas, examination venues are located in Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod, Bohol, Dumaguete, Roxas City in Capiz, Tacloban, Catarman, Balangkayan in Eastern Samar, and Maasin in Southern Leyte.

Meanwhile, Mindanao examinees were accommodated in testing centers located in Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Zamboanga, Butuan, Digos, General Santos, Kidapawan, Koronadal, Mati, Oroquieta in Misamis Occidental, Pagadian, Tagum, and Valencia in Bukidnon.

The availability of multiple testing locations reflects the government’s continuing effort to make professional licensure examinations more accessible to qualified graduates regardless of geographical location. Every examination center follows standardized procedures established by the PRC to ensure uniformity in test administration throughout the country.

Following the release of the examination results, successful examinees are expected to complete the online registration process before securing their Professional Identification Cards. They will also participate in the official oath-taking ceremony, marking the beginning of their careers as licensed professional teachers.
