PRC: List of Topnotchers Elementary Licensure Exam for Teachers (LEPT) Results September 2026

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) is preparing to announce the September 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers results, with the release date set on or before November 27, 2026. The official results will provide the names of all successful examinees, the top 10 board passers, the highest-performing schools, and the performance rankings of schools in the Elementary and Secondary divisions.

The second regular teacher licensure examination for 2026 was conducted on September 20, Sunday, in 46 testing centers across the Philippines and international locations. The examination covered major testing areas, including Manila, Baguio, Cebu, Davao, Iloilo, Tacloban, and other designated venues, as well as Hong Kong, Thailand, and Vietnam.

The Board for Professional Teachers consists of Dr. Rosita L. Navarro as Chairman, Dr. Paz I. Lucido as Vice Chairman, and Dr. Paraluman R. Giron as Member.

Step 1: Wait for the Results
PRC’s Resolution No. 2113 (s. 2025) sets November 27, 2026 as the target release date for the September 2026 LET results. The actual date may be earlier or later, and no prior notice is guaranteed. For comparison, results for the March 2026 exam were released on May 12, 2026, 39 working days after the exam. Bookmark this page and follow our social channels for updates.

Step 2: Register Online
After the results, PRC will announce the online appointment schedule for your Professional ID and Certificate of Registration. Go to https://online.prc.gov.ph/ and follow the initial registration instructions.

Step 3: Gather Requirements

1. Notice of Admission (identification only)
2. Completed Oath Form (Panunumpa ng Propesyonal)
3. Two passport-sized photos with white background and complete name tag
4. Two sets of documentary stamps
5. One short brown envelope

Step 4: Verify Your Rating
Use PRC’s Verification of Rating service after official release. Prepare your exam name and date, application number, full name, and birthdate.

Step 5: Take Your Oath
PRC will announce oath-taking details. Choose face-to-face, virtual (select “e-OATH”), or special oath-taking, then proceed to initial registration.

Previous Examinations

Past exams show the release time varies. PRC needed 39 working days for the March 2026 LET, 63 working days for the September and November 2025 LET, and 41 working days for the March 2025 LET.

The March 2026 results: 56.03% Elementary (18,376 of 32,796) and 73.10% Secondary (45,001 of 61,561).

The September and November 2025 results: 51.04% Elementary (21,967 of 43,035) and 72.62% Secondary (57,729 of 79,493).

The March 2025 results: 46.77% Elementary (16,282 of 34,810) and 62.27% Secondary (38,747 of 62,225).
