MPLE Room Assignments July 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Exam

The Professional Regulation Commission has officially announced that the room assignments for the July 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination will be released several days ahead of the scheduled examination dates, allowing aspiring master plumbers ample time to prepare for their designated testing venues.

The second batch of the 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination (MPLE) is set to take place on July 11 and 12, 2026, in various testing centers nationwide. Thousands of examinees are expected to participate in the two-day professional licensure examination, which serves as a vital step toward becoming licensed master plumbers in the country.

Candidates are advised to regularly monitor official PRC announcements and verify their room assignments once released to avoid last-minute confusion and ensure a smooth examination experience. Examinees are likewise encouraged to arrive early at their assigned venues and comply with all examination guidelines and requirements issued by the commission.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) has reminded all examinees taking the July 2026 Master Plumbers Licensure Examination (MPLE) to strictly comply with the prescribed requirements, dress code, and examination policies to ensure a smooth and orderly conduct of the licensure exam.

According to the PRC, examinees are required to report to their assigned testing centers before 6:30 a.m. on the scheduled examination day. The commission emphasized that late arrivals will not be allowed to enter the examination venues, urging candidates to leave early and prepare all required documents and materials in advance.

Among the mandatory items that examinees must bring are their Notice of Admission (NOA), Official Receipt, one metered-stamped window mailing envelope, two or more No. 2 pencils, black ink ball pens, one long brown envelope, and one long transparent or plastic envelope. The transparent envelope will serve as storage for personal valuables and all permitted examination materials while inside the testing center.

The PRC also reiterated its prescribed dress code for all examinees. Male candidates are required to wear a tucked-in white collared polo shirt without any logo, seal, or markings, paired with decent pants or slacks. Female examinees, meanwhile, must wear a tucked-in white collared blouse or shirt, also without logos or markings, together with decent pants or slacks. The commission advised examinees to strictly observe the dress code to avoid unnecessary issues on examination day.

To preserve the integrity of the licensure examination, the PRC has imposed strict restrictions on items that may be brought inside examination rooms. Prohibited items include books, notes, review materials, printed references containing formulas or coded information, programmable calculators such as the CASIO FX-991ES and CASIO FX-991ES Plus, smartwatches, cellular phones, Bluetooth devices, earphones, portable computers, transmitters, and any electronic communication devices.

Candidates are likewise prohibited from bringing bags into the examination room. Instead, all required documents should be placed inside the prescribed transparent plastic envelope. Any unauthorized examination aids or materials not included in the official examination program are likewise forbidden.

The PRC stated that all personal belongings must be surrendered to the assigned proctor and kept in a designated secured area within the examination room throughout the duration of the examination.

The commission also reminded examinees that it will strictly enforce the provisions of PRC Memorandum Order No. 57, Series of 2020, particularly the rules governing bodily searches, inspection of personal belongings, and the confiscation of prohibited items. Plumbing Arithmetic will account for 10 percent of the examination, while Sanitation, Plumbing Design and Installation carries the largest weight at 40 percent. Plumbing Code represents 10 percent, and Practical Problems comprise the remaining 40 percent of the overall examination score.

The PRC encouraged all examinees to carefully review the examination guidelines, prepare all required documents before the examination date, and strictly observe all rules and regulations to avoid disqualification and ensure a smooth testing experience. Candidates are likewise advised to arrive early, remain calm, and focus on demonstrating the knowledge and skills they have acquired in preparation for the licensure examination.
